Job Purpose:
Selection Criteria:
Minimum high school diploma.
Minimum 1-3 years of applicable work experience
Safety conscious individual.
Must be able to read and understand established assembly procedures and detailed work instructions
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated individual which understands the importance of time constraints.
Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist in a safe and orderly manner.
Bending, squatting, walking or standing for long periods of time may occur
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
Must be flexible with work schedule and overtime hours.
Must be able to operate nail gun and other hand tools on a daily basis.
The ability to pass drug and criminal background screenings

Production: FABRICATION, WELDING, ASSEMBLY and PAINTING
Production Position Openings 2nd shift for FABRICATION , WELDING, ASSEMBLY and PAINTING departments, as well as 1st shift ASSEMBLY department.
Ideal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast pace, highly flexible, team environment. Excellent attendance record is a must.
Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.
