Venture Products, Inc. (VENTRAC) is accepting applications for full-time positions on 2nd shift for FABRICATION, WELDING, ASSEMBLY and PAINTING departments, as well as 1st shift ASSEMBLY department.
Ideal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast pace, highly flexible, team environment. Excellent attendance record is a must.
Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.

JOB: Customer Relations Rep
The Customer Relations Representative is responsible to process and track incoming customer leads and inquiries from the first point of contact until the lead is successfully transferred to outside sales. Responsibilities include ensuring that communication, lead tracking and follow up are done in a timely manner and to create a positive experience with potential and current customers.
This job involves a relationship based approach to create positive and informative experiences for every customer lead interaction. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding product knowledge while providing world class customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Applicants need to enjoy interacting with others over the phone and be comfortable building rapport quickly. They must be able to use job aids and tools to conduct customer interactions with ease, take initiative to solve problems, and be passionate about creating a positive customer experience.
Answer calls and emails from prospective and current customers regarding product information
Utilize lead system to collect, track and organize lead data and other related information
- Determine the best direction for each lead
- Connect leads with dealers and their salesmen
- Monitor follow-up leads by dealers
- Compose letters, e-mails or other forms of correspondence to assure that each lead gets the proper information that will assist with their Ventrac purchase
Contact potential leads and assist them with any questions and guide them to our dealers as well as be a point of contact throughout the purchase process if needed
Monitor and be responsible for customer interaction through social media
Utilize online chat program to answer customer questions
Follow up on customer surveys as necessary
Provide detail and calculated information for anticipated sales to assist in forecast demand
Assist with inside sales as needed
Other duties as assigned
Successfully demonstrated - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous, friendly and helpful
World Class Customer Service Training
Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills Excel, Word, Internet, Social Media skills
Superb ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively

Six months to one year related experience and/or training
The ability to pass drug and criminal background screenings
Associates/Bachelor degree Preferred
