Production Position Openings
Venture Products, Inc. (VENTRAC) is accepting applications for full-time positions on 2nd shift for FABRICATION, WELDING, ASSEMBLY and PAINTING departments, as well as 1st shift ASSEMBLY department.

Ideal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast pace, highly flexible, team environment. Excellent attendance record is a must.

Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.

Sales Representative

JOB: Sales Representative

The Territory Manager is responsible for building and developing a strong distributor and dealership network that increases the sales and distribution of the Ventrac product line. This position will support strategic goals of the company and will build and maintain strong relationships with the Ventrac distributors/dealerships/customers. This job involves a relationship based approach that allows us to create a positive and informative experience by exceeding expectations and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, along with a world class customer service experience with every interaction for each customer lead contact.

Develop a distributors/dealership network in the Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois,Nebraska, Missouri territories at the request and needs of Venture Products Inc.
Build healthy and productive communication within and outside of Venture Products
Monitor dealers success in each market and increase market share yearly. Prospect for successful dealers in needed markets
Actively solve problems and issues within assigned territory
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products
Monitor dealer sales to determine effectiveness of dealers sales force
Plan and Coordinate training such as:
Product /Demo training
Programs Implementation
Developing strategies/plans of actions for Ventrac products to be sold within each dealership and hold the distributors/dealership accountable to those plans and outcomes
Attending and supporting distributors/dealerships activities such as tradeshows, open-houses etc.
Confer with potential customers regarding purchasing requirements per contracts
Be field expert in territory regarding marketing and product needs, yearly sales programs, dealer development programs, overall sales strategy and other areas that can improve Venture Products Inc.

Sales experience in the turf or dealership market
Demonstrated long term customer relationship
Must enjoy building and nurturing long term business relationships.
Must have mechanical aptitude
Overall travel is expected to be approximately 50% annually; travel will be spend overnights and some weekends away from home
Must be willing and capable to trailer, load, unload and demonstrate equipment

Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to process and track incoming orders, inquiries, and customer leads. Responsibilities include ensuring that communication, lead tracking and follow up are done in a timely manner and to create a positive experience with potential and current customers; To process new dealer orders and inquiries to assist in achieving sales goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
This job involves a relationship based approach to create positive and informative experiences for every interaction. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding product knowledge while providing world class customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Applicants need to enjoy interacting with others over the phone and be comfortable building rapport quickly. They must be able to use job aids and tools to conduct interactions with ease, take initiative to solve problems, and be passionate about creating a positive experience.
Answer calls and emails from prospective and current customers regarding product information
Utilize lead system to collect, track and organize lead data and other related information
Contact potential leads and assist them with any questions and guide them to our dealers
Follow up on customer surveys as necessary
Provide detail and calculated information for anticipated sales to assist in forecast demand
Assist with inside sales
Effectively communicate with dealers regarding their orders, sales, and questions
Advise outside salesman of information regarding dealers in their territory

Web Developer

Summary: Create, modify, and test the code, forms, databases, and scripts that allow computer applications to run. Analyzing user needs and design software solutions to fill that need. This includes creating custom reports using existing data as well as developing new methods of storing and capturing data through the development of databases, apps, and software application skills

Accounting Assistant

DATE: June 23, 2015
JOB: Accounting Assistant

An Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist that will work directly with the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for general accounting activities including: Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, invoicing and other financial reporting duties.

  • Compile and sort documents, such as: invoices, checks, vouchers, and substantiates business transactions
  • Monitor accounts payable, and receivables to ensure that payments are up to date. Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to Clients accounting procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system
  • Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities per company procedures
  • Reconciliation of accounts and maintain accounts receivable customer files
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payment and delayed payment
  • Process cash receipts
  • Maintain credit applications and tax exempt letters
  • Maintain a high level of organization and be able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects in a fast paced environment
  • Credit Card Processing
  • Accounts Payable: Reconcile and prepare payment for insurance carrier payables; code and disburse payment for vendor payables, employee expense reports, and corporate credit card expenses

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years accounting clerk experience
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Intermediate to advanced level of expertise in Excel; ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to problem solve, write routine reports and correspondence with little or no supervision
  • High personal integrity and honesty; Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in Microsoft Excel
